This is Coliemore Harbour in Dalkey, County Dublin.
The island in the distance is Dalkey Island which is a fascinating place with it’s church ruins, Martello tower and gun battery.
I was awarded a Silver IPPA award for this image, in the landscape category.

Wow really great photo, but Ewa says you used photoshop!!!!!!!!!!!
Tell her that I use photoshop to process every shot now, but it is not retouched, If that is what she is implying.
It is what’s known as a “time exposure” the same as if shooting on film.
I will be doing workshops soon, I think she could do with coming along, if only to appreciate real photography
as opposed to Photoshopped photography.
